Assured Driveways

All of our driveways are excavated to a minimum depth of 8 inches and based with a minimum of 4 inches of Leanmix Concrete creating a solid base that disperses the weight placed on the drive more efficiently than any other form of sub base material. The bedding layer of sharp sand is then applied and compacted before being screeded to the required levels. The blocks are then laid on the bedding layer to the requested design. All edges that are not retained by a solid wall are bedded on and backed up with concrete to retain the bedding layer and to prevent the edge blocks from creeping out.
